Show us your Light.
Do lots of passes. One, to watch yourself and learn, two, to normalize the act of "hitting the red button": Stay free, open and joyful.
Know that some of you (often the introverts) will actually feel like being in your own safe space to record your jury is an advantage - no people in front of you to distract or lead you towards the yipes. Make it so. Perhaps you can drop in, dive in and let loose in an even greater fashion than you might otherwise? Here's your chance! SHOW US - go for it!
On the other hand, some of you (often the extroverts) may have to work your imaginations a little harder, as you don't have living, breathing, appreciative people in front of you to motivate into getting your "whoosh" going. You can do it. Move lots before you record - Move, breathe and vocalize yourself into your character's space before you hit that button. Or, even better, do some flow exercises AFTER you hit the button - you can always cut that part out later.
You are all fabulous.
