What if Hypertension can be traced to your Breathing and Movement Patterns?

There are many differing angles available as we investigate the causes of anxiety and hypertension.

If we are living with imbalances of our neurotransmitters like adrenaline, noradrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, GABA, histamine, NMDA aor glutamate, odds are we are going to struggle under under fire. Dealing with stress begins to lead us toward anxiety, panic attacks, and hypertension.

It is very difficult to perform optimally without proper levels of iron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate, glutamine, tryptophan and tyrosine; these nutrients are the cornerstones involved in healthy mental and emotional responses. All of these vitamins, minerals and amino acids are involved in the production of neurotransmitters that mediate our nervous system’s responses, helping us perform under stress with stability and grace.

Underlying biochemistry is a starting point - however, what is underlying the biochemistry?

This is where the arguments start.

It is my position, and the position of many others, that our biochemisty has mental, respiratory and physiological origins.

There is much talk these days how we remodel fascia through our repetitive movements and postures. This is only the beginning, and although this is considered cutting edge science, I would say this is the simplistic, 3D part of what is really going on.

The real deal is looking at how we are remodelling our respiratory and movement patterns that affect our overall health in a much bigger manner.

Therefore: The Top Medicines of the Future are:

Restorative Yoga

Breath Therapy

Belly / Diaphragm Massage
